On arrival you are invited to have a refreshing cup of  beverage of your own choice and a chat, so we can get acquainted and sort out your breakfast requirements and any other business or queries you may have.  Times for breakfast are flexible, between 7.30am and 9.00am.

As this is just a bed and breakfast place, we do ask our guests to not be around after 10am in the morning and not come in before 5pm in the evening, unless absolutely necessary.  There are tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms and colour TV and radio.  There is the house telephone, but as most people now have mobile phones there is not much need for it.  Limited use of the computer and internet available.  We are very happy to share the garden with our guests,  The garden is arranged in "rooms" so you can feel private and sit and enjoy the views, read, write or just think and drink your glass of wine, bring your own!  We can supply the glass.  We like you to feel at home as much as possible.
