Breakfast:

1 lightly fried egg (in vegetable oil), 2 slices of back bacon,
1 or 2 butcher’s prize-winning pork sausages,
a few mushrooms cooked in butter,
and 1 fresh grilled tomato and baked beans.
2 eggs scrambled on buttered toast
with any of the above ingredients.
2 poached eggs on toast with any of
the above ingredients
2 eggs omelet
2 eggs boiled to your liking
NB: Eggs are new-
laid from local chickens
